BrightLeaf Digital Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee #

Buying a plugin should feel safe. So we back every purchase for 30 days. If the product doesn’t work as expected, is missing a key feature you reasonably need, or runs into a technical conflict we can’t resolve, we’ll refund you in full.

What qualifies for a refund #

  • The plugin isn’t working as expected, with a short explanation.
  • A needed feature is missing and prevents your use case.
  • A technical issue we can’t fix, including theme or plugin conflicts.

What doesn’t qualify #

  • A simple change of mind with no clear reason.
  • Requests made after the 30-day window. We can’t process those through our system.

How refunds are issued #

We only issue full refunds. No partial refunds are available through our payment processor.

PayPal refunds appear right away. Credit-card refunds usually show within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

When we refund, we also cancel the related subscription so you won’t be charged again.

How to request a refund #

  1. Open a support ticket with your order email and license key.
  2. Briefly describe the problem or missing capability.
  3. We’ll try to help first. If we can’t resolve it quickly, we’ll process the refund.

Why we ask for a quick explanation #

A short note helps us fix bugs faster and improve the product. It also lets us verify the issue and respond with the right solution.

A quick recap #

  • 30-day window.
  • Full refunds only.
  • Clear reasons required; “changed my mind” isn’t covered.
  • Refunds are fast, and we cancel your subscription with them.

If you’re on the fence, try the plugin knowing you’re protected. And if something’s off, tell us—we’ll make it right or refund you.
