Once the Mass Email Notifications plugin is active, you’ll find its menus added directly to the WordPress admin area. There are three places to know about:
Feed Management #
- Navigate to Forms → Forms → Mass Notifications.
- Here you create and manage the feeds that control how mass emails are built.
- Each feed ties to a form and specifies the target email field, message template, and other options.
Global Settings & Batch Manager #
- Navigate to Forms → Settings → Mass Notifications.
- This area controls your global settings:
- Per-minute, hourly, daily, and monthly send limits.
- Cron scheduling and next-run info.
- Old batch cleanup.
- It also doubles as a batch manager, letting you preview, send, cancel, or mark batches complete.
GravityOps → Mass Notifications #
This top-level menu item gives you:
- About This Plugin: In-plugin documentation and orientation.
- Settings: Another way to access the global settings described above.
- Account (Premium only): Account and billing information.
- Contact Us: A direct way to reach out about any issue or question.
- Support Forum: A link to the official WordPress support forum.
- Upgrade/Pricing/Free Trial: Shown if you’re on a free plan.
